The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
8k8t is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified upon request may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing. 8k8t will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the verified account holder's identity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8t account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 8k8t will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You agree to notify 8k8t support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 8k8t account, including all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals. 8k8t processes all transactions authenticated by your login credentials as authorized, and will not reverse transactions on the basis that they were made without your explicit knowledge once authentication has been completed.
8k8t reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or upon receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following successful KYC completion.
Important: Accounts involved in prohibited conduct (see Section 6) may be suspended without prior notice. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting are subject to forfeiture in their entirety.
8k8t currently accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq Pay, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. All deposits are denominated and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP), except for USDT which is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit crediting.
The minimum deposit amount on 8k8t is PHP 100 for most payment methods. Method-specific minimums are displayed in the 8k8t cashier section at the time of transaction. 8k8t reserves the right to update minimum deposit amounts without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the verified 8k8t account. Prior to approving any withdrawal, 8k8t may require:

8k8t does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. USDT withdrawals are subject to network gas fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount at prevailing rates.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8k8t are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your 8k8t account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) and eligible games for each promotion are detailed in the specific promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page within your 8k8t account dashboard.
8k8t actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk exposure ("bonus hunting"), providing false information to qualify for a promotion, and colluding with other players in connection with bonus terms. Detection of bonus abuse may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, derived winnings, and suspension of the associated account.
Bonus funds and free bet credits not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates within their 8k8t account dashboard.

All games available on 8k8t — including but not limited to live dealer games, RNG table games, slot machines, bingo, and sports betting markets — operate according to their published rules and, where applicable, certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 8k8t partners exclusively with game providers who maintain independent third-party certifications for RNG fairness and game integrity.

Where a live dealer game round is in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined by the rules of that game. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 8k8t platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit: reproducing any platform content for distribution, creating derivative works based on 8k8t content, reverse-engineering any platform software, or using 8k8t branding in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by 8k8t.

Participation in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against 8k8t is waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8k8t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address on file and/or through a notice displayed within the 8k8t platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the 8k8t platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and return of any verified balance at that time.
